We are capable of providing 24/7 SLA-based production support through a well-defined issue resolution process.
Oviya System offers multiple levels of support to meet varying service level requirements. Each level has a well-defined program that covers the support process, hours, severity levels, target response times, escalation rules, etc. This will be governed by appropriate Production support agreement between you and Oviya Systems for both Hosted Services and Enterprise Services. |
