Kumaran Perumal - Founder, President and CEO
Kumaran had the vision for TransparentCMS and managed its original design and development while he was with another organization. Subsequently, he bought out the rights to TransparentCMS and formed Oviya Systems to continue development and marketing. Since branching out, he released Version 2.0 of TransparentCMS in May 2008, and Version 3.0 was released in October 2009. Kumaran has a MS degree in Physics from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a MS degree in Computer Science from Mangalore University. |
Gary Hazen - COO
Gary has an extensive business and technology background in consulting, retail management, and software product implementation and sales. His experience covers business strategy, IS strategy and management, business process reengineering, and finance. He has worked for major consulting and software companies, including Accenture, PeopleSoft and Oracle. In industry, he has held top positions in MIS, Corporate Planning & Development, and Finance (V.P. & CFO). Gary earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
Gregory Heller - CTO
Greg brings 27 years of information technology and software product development experience. His experience covers retail supply chain systems integration, infrastructure management and product deployment. Greg was a senior technical architect for Target™ technology services for over a decade, and was considered one of the “top three architects” in Target Corporation™ worldwide. Greg pioneered Target Corporation’s Product Development and Design System (PSPEC™), used continuously from 1985 through 2005. |
Joe Toth - Sales
Joe brings thirty years of sales and related customer-facing experience to the organization. He has a BA degree from California State University, Sacramento and a Juris Doctorate from JFK University. |
Miriam Negron - Compliance Programs
Miriam has wide-ranging experience developing and managing social accountability programs for Fortune 1000 companies. She has worked as an auditor, overseas operations manager, and vendor and license program manager. She has a BA from Florida International University and has completed specialized training as a Code of Conduct Auditor and a C-TPAT auditor. |
Nick Hall - Business Advisor
Nick has over thirty years experience in technology services, with an extensive background in systems development and implementation, software sales, and consulting. He has worked for retail companies, most recently Target; a software company, Peter Johnson & Associates; and an international consulting firm, Deloitte. He was a key advisor in the development of compliance management applications at Mervyn's after their separation from Target. He earned his undergraduate degree from Durham University, England.
This base organization is supplemented with additional developers and support personnel, some of whom have been part of the original development of TransparentCMS. |
