- Review audits assigned by the Audit Manager using calendar functionality.
- Accept or decline audit requests received from Audit Managers and work with factories to schedule announced, Unannounced or semi-announced audits.
- Report audit findings by providing ratings, mode of verification, supporting documentation, and the narrative directly in to the system.
- Use the Offline Tool to synchronize audit findings into the system to avoid duplication of work.
- Collaborate with Audit Managers to review, update, and resubmit audit findings and corrective action plans.
- Track audits results, audit statuses, and communication history to have constant visibility into audits they conducted.
- View and keep track of any incidents reported at factories and use powerful reporting and flexible search functionality to conduct future audits more efficiently.
