Suppliers/ Vendors can:
- Login to review, sign and submit compliance agreements electronically.
- Complete and submit their profile online, including information about their Contacts, Product Development Capabilities, and Quality Assurance and Warehousing infrastructure.
- Register factories they plan to use by completing online profiles which includes information about Factory Contacts, Manufacturing infrastructure and Capabilities.
- Submit audit requests to verify factory compliance.
- Respond to Audit Invoice notices by submitting information about payments made so that audits are scheduled and conducted on time.
- Stay informed about the audit status of registered factories through workflow alerts, email and notifications.
- Complete self assessment of compliance with company’s code of conduct and CSR standards.
- Follow corrective action plan to become compliant.
